1. Initial Consultation and Registration (Consultancy & Application Charges) – 30k PKR

Step 1: University and Program Selection

• We will identify and apply to multiple universities in Italy that offer programs relevant to the student’s chosen field of study.
• Based on the student’s academic profile and preferences, we will select the best universities and programs.
• Our team will thoroughly research admission requirements, application deadlines, and language of instruction** (English/Italian) for each university.

Step 2: Document Collection & Preparation

We will inform the student of all required documents, including:

• A valid passport
• Bachelor’s degree and transcripts
• English language proficiency certificate
• Motivation letter, CV, and reference letters
• Other specific documents required by universities
• We will handle the preparation and organization of these documents, ensuring they are formatted and ready for submission according to university requirements.

Step 3: University Application Submission

• We will submit the application on behalf of the student through the university’s online portal.
• We ensure that all the necessary documentation is uploaded correctly, and the application is
• submitted before the deadlines for all selected universities.

2. Admission Fee (After Receiving Admission Letter) – 30PKR

Step 4: Admission Process & Confirmation 

• Once we receive responses from the universities, we will manage communications and handle any additional requirements or queries from the universities.
• Upon securing an admission offer, we will notify the student and assist in confirming the admission by paying any required university fee (if applicable).
• We will collect the official Letter of Acceptance (LOA)/Admission Letter from the university, which is necessary for the visa process.

Step 5: Pre-Enrollment on Universitaly Portal

• We will complete the pre-enrollment process on the Universitaly portal for the student, which is a mandatory step before applying for the visa.
• We will submit all required details and documents to the Italian Ministry of Education (MIUR), notifying the Italian embassy in Pakistan about the student’s intent to apply for a visa.

3. Full Visa Application File, Visa Interview Preparation & Scholarship Applications – 40k PKR

Step 6: Legal Guidance for Complete Visa File Preparation

To ensure the student’s visa application is complete and legally sound, our team of experienced lawyers will provide full legal guidance throughout the visa process. Our legal experts will carefully review all documents required for the visa application, ensuring compliance with Italian immigration laws. They
will assist in preparing the complete visa file, including:

Sponsor Documents: If the student is being financially sponsored (by parents or guardians), ournlegal experts will help gather and prepare the sponsor’s financial documents, such as affidavits ofnsponsorship, bank statements, and legal declarations confirming their commitment to cover thenstudent’s expenses in Italy.
Justifying Your Funds: The visa process requires proof that the student has sufficient funds to cover their living expenses while studying in Italy. Our team will guide students in providing bank statements, salary slips, and savings records, ensuring that the source of funds is legitimate and clearly justified.
Tax Returns: For students or sponsors, submitting tax returns is crucial to proving a stable and legitimate source of income. We assist in gathering and preparing past tax return documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and properly filed, which is vital for demonstrating financial stability.
Source of Income: Whether the student or sponsor is employed, self-employed, or running a business, we will help document the source of income through salary slips, business registration documents, and profit-and-loss statements, providing a clear picture of where the funds are coming from. This ensures that all financial documentation is transparent and acceptable to the Italian authorities.

Step 7: Study Visa Interview Preparation

We will thoroughly prepare the student for the visa interview by conducting mock interviews and providing guidance on potential questions. We will ensure that the student is confident and ready to answer typical interview questions, such as:

• Why they have chosen to study in Italy.
• Details of their selected program and university.
• Financial readiness and future plans after completing the degree.

Step 8: Regional Scholarship Application

We will apply for regional scholarships (such as DSU or Laziodisu and many others depend on the University region), which will cover tuition fees, accommodation, and living expenses and stipend of up to  7200 euro per year. This process involves gathering specific documents, including:

• Proof of family income and assets (translated and legalized)
• Scholarship application form
• Proof of university enrollment

We will submit the complete application package to the relevant regional authorities in Italy, ensuring deadlines are met.

Step 9: Post-Visa Approval Assistance

Once the visa is approved, we will assist the student with final arrangements, including:

• Booking flights and securing accommodation in Italy.
• We will prepare them for registration at their university upon arrival.
• We will help them apply for the Codice Fiscal (Italian tax code) and guide them in applying for the
• Permesso di Soggiorno (residence permit), which must be done within eight days of arriving in Italy.

Timeline for the Entire Process

1. Step 1–3 (Consultancy and Admission): 2–3 months before the university deadline.
2. Step 4–6 (Admission to Visa Application): 1–2 months after receiving the admission letter.
3. Step 7–9 (Visa Interview and Scholarship Application): 1–2 months, depending on visa appointment availability and scholarship deadlines.
