Step 2: Document Collection & Preparation
We will inform the student of all required documents, including:
- A valid passport
- Bachelor’s degree and transcripts
- English language proficiency certificate
- Motivation letter, CV, and reference letters
- Other specific documents required by universities
- We will handle the preparation and organization of these documents, ensuring they are formatted and ready for submission according to university requirements.
Step 3: University Application Submission
- We will submit the application on behalf of the student through the university’s online portal.
- We ensure that all the necessary documentation is uploaded correctly, and the application is
- submitted before the deadlines for all selected universities.
2. Admission Fee (After Receiving Admission Letter) – 30PKR

- Once we receive responses from the universities, we will manage communications and handle any additional requirements or queries from the universities.
- Upon securing an admission offer, we will notify the student and assist in confirming the admission by paying any required university fee (if applicable).
- We will collect the official Letter of Acceptance (LOA)/Admission Letter from the university, which is necessary for the visa process.
Step 5: Pre-Enrollment on Universitaly Portal
- We will complete the pre-enrollment process on the Universitaly portal for the student, which is a mandatory step before applying for the visa.
- We will submit all required details and documents to the Italian Ministry of Education (MIUR), notifying the Italian embassy in Pakistan about the student’s intent to apply for a visa.
